Good platform, useful features

I signed up for Highnote's free trial to check out their AI Presentation Builder and prospect tracking. Ordering the trial was simple, just a few clicks. The platform itself is quite intuitive; I found creating a new presentation template pretty quick. The interactive elements worked smoothly, and I appreciated the real-time notifications when a prospect viewed my presentation. Delivery, since it's a digital service, was instant. I did export one presentation to PDF, and it came out clean. Support documentation was helpful when I had a question about CRM integrations, though I haven't fully set that up yet. Overall, a solid tool for sales enablement.

Easy to use for presentations

I tried out Highnote for a quick client presentation last week. Setting it up was pretty straightforward, even for me who's not super techy. The Digital Pitch Deck feature worked really well. My client actually commented on how professional it looked, which was a nice bonus. Definitely made things easier than wrestling with old PowerPoint files.

Solid value with annual plan

I was looking for a new presentation tool and landed on Highnote. The annual billing discount was a big draw for me; saving that 20% upfront made a real difference in my decision. I mostly used the Real Estate Listing Presentations and found the templates really cut down on my prep time. It felt like a good investment for what I paid. The features are robust enough that I don't feel like I'm missing anything compared to more expensive options. Definitely worth the cost for a budget-conscious agent.

Quick setup, good for pitches

Used Highnote for a Buyer Presentation. Setup was fast. Presentation Sharing Links worked as advertised. Client liked it. Saved me time. Worth the subscription.

Consistent performance, good upgrade

This isn't my first time using Highnote. I've been a customer for about a year now, mainly for their Interactive Presentations. This most recent order was for an upgrade to a team plan so my new associate could also use it. The process was as smooth as previous times. I always appreciate how reliable the platform is; I've never had a major issue with presentations not loading or analytics being off. The new Team Collaboration Tools are a nice addition and work well. It's why I keep coming back, honestly – it just consistently delivers what I need without fuss.

Are there any promo codes floating around for Highnote? Their pricing seems a bit high for monthly.

K Kate 1 month ago
Coupons are super rare for Highnote. I think they mostly do partnership deals or stuff for specific real estate events. Your best bet for a discount is paying annually.

Nah, I've almost never seen a promo code. Best deal is the annual plan, you save a good chunk that way. I think it's like 20% off compared to monthly.

Thinking about getting Highnote, but also looking at Pitch. Anyone used both and can tell me if Highnote is actually better for sales decks?

K Kate 1 month ago
I tried Pitch for a bit, it's good for general stuff but Highnote's analytics for tracking who viewed what, and for how long, is a game changer for sales. Way more insight.

Yeah, Pitch is prettier sometimes but Highnote is built for sales enablement. The CRM integration and lead capture forms are a big plus if you're serious about prospecting.

Can I export presentations as a PDF from Highnote? My clients sometimes prefer that.

R Renee Kaur 2 weeks ago
Yes, you totally can. I do it all the time for clients who aren't super tech-savvy or just want something quick they can print out.

Yep, it's an option. Just hit the export button and you can save it as a PDF. Handy for sending quick summaries.

Is there a free trial for Highnote? I want to test out the AI builder before committing.

Yep, they have a 14-day free trial. I just signed up for it last week, no credit card needed to start.

You get two weeks free to kick the tires. It's enough time to make a couple of presentations and see if it fits your workflow.
